Privacy Policy

Mobivera Labs ("We", "Us", "Our") operates the ImageToolkit mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details.

The App may use limited third-party services that automatically and anonymously collect technical diagnostic data, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and build number
• App performance and stability metrics
• Crash reports and error logs
• General geographic region (country level only)

This information is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Specifically:

• Images selected by you are processed locally using on-device algorithms.
• Processed images are saved directly to your device's local storage or gallery.
• No image content is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
• We do not have any back-end server that receives user files.

ImageToolkit is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
• We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
• For EU/EEA users, you must be 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use our App.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately at mobiveralabs@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such data.

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized advertisements only.

• Ads do not use behavioral targeting or interest-based profiling.
• Ads do not use your location for targeting.
• We participate in the Rewarded Ads program — users may optionally watch reward ads in exchange for in-app benefits.

The limited diagnostic data collected is used solely for:

• Improving App stability and performance
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs and crashes
• Understanding aggregate usage patterns to prioritize improvements
• Maintaining security and preventing abuse

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The App may integrate the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — Advertising: Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics — Crash Reporting: Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics — App Analytics: Privacy Policy

These services may collect device identifiers and diagnostic data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Anonymous crash reports and diagnostic logs collected by Firebase are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted per Firebase's standard retention policy.

You may delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored app data from your device.

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect data:

• The App does not transmit image files over the internet.
• Any diagnostic data sent to third-party services uses encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
• We regularly review and update our security practices.

Because ImageToolkit serves a global user base, we comply with international data protection frameworks, even though we do not collect personal data on our servers. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access & Deletion: You have the right to request access to or deletion of any personal data we may hold (though we hold none). You can clear all app data directly from your device settings.
• Opt-Out of Ads: Limit ad tracking via your device's advertising settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• GDPR (EU/EEA & UK Users): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data, and to restrict or object to processing under the General Data Protection Regulation.
• CCPA/CPRA (California Users): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share data).
• LGPD (Brazil Users): You have rights to confirmation, access, correction, and deletion of your data under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
• Global Compliance: We adhere to the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation applicable under global privacy laws (including Canada's PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act, and others).

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide prominent notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
